Hello! I'm currently a sophomore at Howard University, where I am building a strong foundation in both business and culinary arts. My time at Howard has been instrumental in shaping my entrepreneurial spirit and honing my skills in the kitchen. The diverse and vibrant community at Howard inspires me to pursue my passion for food and provides me with the tools necessary to grow AJ Eats.
Howard University has instilled in me a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence, qualities that I carry with me in every aspect of my catering business. The education and experiences I've gained here continue to influence my approach to running AJ Eats, ensuring that every meal is prepared with care and dedication.
Outside the kitchen, I cherish spending time with my toddler godbrother and godsister, engaging in community service, and enjoying precious moments with family and friends.
